Ingredients:
An Artisan blend with Cinnamon, Ginger bits, Cloves, Stinging nettle leaves, White peppercorns, & Cardamom seeds.
Brewing Instructions:
Boiling water 206-212ºF
7-10 minutes
1 level tsp / 6oz serving
Our Ayurvedic Yoga tea is also great for classical Ayurvedic Tea preparations - just simmer 2-4 tablespoons of loose leaf tea in 34 ounces of water for around 30 minutes, then filter and add a cup of milk. Add honey or panela to taste, and enjoy!
