Ayurvedic Herbal Tea
Ayurvedic Chai is the classic among the Ayurvedic Tea varieties. In our blend you will find stinging nettle leaves in addition to the classical, spicy ingredients. This is a warm drink on cold days and pleasant at any time. For the classical Ayurvedic Chai Tea preparations we recommend the following recipe: Boil 0.4 (11gr) of Loose Leaf Ayurvedic Chai in approx. 34 fl. oz (1L) of water around 30minutes, filter it and add 8.5 fl. oz (0.25L) milk. It can be sweetened with honey or panela, if you like.

Cinnamon, Ginger Bits, Cloves, Stinging Nettle Leaves, White Peppercorns, Cardamom.
Brewing Instructions:
Boiling water 206-212ºF
7-10 minutes
1 level tsp / 6oz serving
