Water close to boiling 203-212ºF
1 level tsp / 6oz serving
Hot Brew Method: Use the brewing instructions above but double the loose tea to account for its dilutions by ice. Once cool, use a filter/strainer and pour the tea over a pitcher or cup full of ice. Add your favorite sweetener if desired. Enjoy!
Cold Brew Method is my favorite!
The cold-brewing method provides incredibly smooth flavors without any bitterness. Add one tablespoon of tea leaves per every fresh, cold water cup in a covered pitcher and refrigerate for 6-10 hours (White & Green Teas, only 3-4 hours). Strain add sweetener if desired, and enjoy your tea!
