Organic Chinese Matcha

This light, reed-green Matcha powder is smooth in texture, yet retains the same incredible volume and real acerbity of traditional Green Teas. The water in the bowl turns moss green, and the scent is intense and clean, with a hint of tartness in the finish.

Matcha Tai-Shan is produced at the Tai Shan Tea Plantation in Zhejiang's far northwest. The chosen Tea shrubs are held in the shade for a while before being plucked to boost their chlorophyll content, just like with premium Gyokuros. This process results in a product that is both healthy and delicious!
