The fine Matcha powder from Gyokuro leaves is characterized by a mixture of pleasing aromas, which, despite the fine structure, has a surprisingly tender note.
Put one level teaspoon full of matcha powder into a bowl, add freshly boiled and cooled water, and froth with a bamboo whisk.
